Get Involved

Volunteer: Would you like to help Court Watch, but don’t have the time to commit to joining our Board? Would you be “on call” as a volunteer Friend to help with mailings? Can you attend a training session and then become a court monitor? Would you help with special fundraising activities? Please contact us to get involved!

Contributions: Court Watch of North Carolina is a 501c (3) non-profit corporation, celebrating 25 years of service. We do not seek nor receive government funding. We do solicit your financial and volunteer support. We believe that our efforts, since 1986, have made a difference in the lives of children and families in our area. Please consider making a special gift this year to help us continue providing service. Our operating funds come primarily from individual donations, grants, fundraising efforts, and combined employee campaigns. Special Events:

Belk Charity Sale: Court Watch participates in the Belk Charity Day Sale. The Belk Charity sale is a private, four-hour sale dedicated to supporting local non-profit organizations. To attend the private sale you must have a charity ticket. You may purchase a ticket from Court Watch for $5. Court Watch receives proceeds for each ticket sold. If you choose to participate, you will be helping Court Watch and you will be able get $5 off your first purchase the morning of the private sale, plus major discounts on rarely discounted brands! The next sale is November 4, 2017. Contact Court Watch to buy your $5 ticket!

How it works: Everyone must have a ticket to enter a Belk store on DATE from 6-10AM. Tickets sell for $5, but the customer can spend the ticket on their purchase. The customer loses nothing as long as they make a purchase from Belk. Just about everything in the store is on sale. There are a lot of great bargains. The tickets work at ANY Belk store.

How this helps Court Watch: Court Watch gets to keep the entire $5 for every ticket we sell prior to the date of the event.

Speakers: Court Watch provides speakers to organizations and groups who would like to learn more about our programs and how they help so many in our community. Please contact Court Watch of North Carolina to make your request.
